摘要:四氢化萘作为一种重要的有机合成砌块,常参与组成有机小分子的核心骨架。至今,科学家们已经发展出不同的构建路径,但拓展其高效多样的合成策略仍具有重要意义。本文开发出一种新颖的四氢化萘稠环构筑方式,该途径选用廉价易得的α,β-不饱和酮和1,2-二(溴甲基)苯作为起始原料,在铁粉和溴化钠的作用下,完成了分子间的[4 2]环化,以极佳的收率得到了一系列的四氢化萘衍生物。该方法不仅拓展了四氢化萘的合成方法,还为后续相关化合物的性质研究提供了物质基础。

abstract:tetrahydronaphthalene, as an important building block in organic synthesis, frequently serves as the core framework of small organic molecules. to date, various synthetic approaches have been developed for its construction; however, expanding efficient and diverse synthetic strategies remains of great significance.in this study, we developed a novel fused tetrahydronaphthalene construction strategy. this approach employs inexpensive and readily available α,β-unsaturated ketones and 1,2-bis(bromomethyl)benzene as starting materials. under the action of iron powder and sodium bromide, an intermolecular [4 2] cyclization was successfully achieved, affording a series of tetrahydronaphthalene derivatives in excellent yields. this method not only expands the synthetic toolbox for tetrahydronaphthalenes but also provides a valuable foundation for further investigation into the properties of related compounds.
