摘要:地球上大多数生物的生生物节律调控脂滴代谢影响果蝇抗氧化应激能力理和行为活动呈现出约 24 小时的昼夜节律,该节律由转录翻译后修饰形成的负反馈调控环路构成核心。在动物体内,生物节律调控多种代谢途径,包括脂质代谢。在本研究中,我们发现果蝇脑组织中的脂滴存在显著的昼夜差异。通过在果蝇生物钟神经元中下调脂滴生成相关基因lsd,脂滴数量减少,且果蝇对氧化应激的抵抗能力下降。综上所述,我们的研究表明,生物钟神经元通过调控脂滴代谢,影响果蝇的抗氧化应激能力。

circadian rhythms regulate lipid droplet metabolism, affecting oxidative stress resistance in drosophila
abstract:the physiological and behavioral activities of most organisms on earth exhibit a circadian rhythm of approximately 24 hours, driven by a core feedback loop regulated by post-transcriptional and translational modifications. in animals, circadian rhythms regulate various metabolic pathways, including lipid metabolism. in this study, we found significant diurnal variations in lipid droplets within the brain tissue of drosophila. downregulation of the lipid droplet-related gene lsd in the circadian neurons of drosophila led to a decrease in lipid droplet quantity and a reduction in oxidative stress resistance. in summary, our findings suggest that circadian neurons influence oxidative stress resistance in drosophila by regulating lipid droplet metabolism.
