农业企业数字化转型、运营效率与财务绩效

摘要：本研究以2007-2022年中国农业行业a股上市公司为样本，探讨数字化转型对企业财务绩效的影响。采用统计分析方法，量化分析数字化转型与企业绩效间的关系，并深入解析其作用机制。研究结果表明，数字化转型在短期内对农业企业财务绩效产生负向影响，但长期看促进了企业的可持续发展。此外，数字化转型通过提高企业运营效率，尤其是应收账款周转率，间接提升财务绩效。基于这些发现，建议农业企业重视数字化转型的长期效益，优化运营效率，尤其在提升现金流方面。同时，建议大型企业和中小微企业采取差异化的转型策略，大型企业应优化复杂数字系统，中小微企业则应逐步建立数字化能力，保持市场竞争力。

abstract：the research uses data from a-share listed agricultural companies in china between 2007 and 2022 to examine how digital transformation affects their financial outcomes. using statistical methods, the study measures how digital transformation correlates with business performance and explains the underlying mechanisms. the findings indicate that while digital transformation may initially negatively affect agricultural companies\' financial results, it ultimately contributes to their long-term sustainability. digital transformation also indirectly improves financial results by boosting operational efficiency, particularly in managing accounts receivable turnover. the study recommends that agricultural businesses focus on the long-term advantages of digital transformation, enhancing operational efficiencies and prioritizing improvements in cash flows. additionally, it advises that large enterprises and smaller businesses should employ tailored strategies for digital adoption, with larger companies optimizing complex digital infrastructures and smaller businesses progressively developing digital skills to stay competitive.
