一种小型磁悬浮结构自供能振动传感器设计

摘要:振动传感器具有应用广泛、精度高、重量轻等优点,在机械设备监测中发挥着重要作用。然而,目前使用的大多数摩擦电纳米发电机(teng)振动传感器都基于质量-弹簧-阻尼振荡系统,这会带来材料磨损、疲劳等问题,测量频率范围也受限制。本文设计了一款结构简单、制作方便、尺寸为φ30 mm×25 mm的自供电振动传感器(m-teng),其核心部件是磁悬浮结构。该传感器基于具有永久磁性和低材料损耗的汝铁硼磁铁,并采用接触分离独立层式结构的摩擦纳米发电机进行自供电传感;可以吸收微小振动能量并转化为电信号,分析输出电信号便可确定被检测设备运行情况。实验证明,m-teng可以吸收手部激励微小振动能量,输出相对稳定交流电压。由于独特的磁悬浮结构设计,m-teng减少了活动部件所受的交变载荷,从而减少了材料磨损、疲劳。m-teng作为一种高灵敏度传感器,在机械设备的状态监测中具有潜在的应用价值。

design of a small self-supplied vibration sensor with magnetic levitation structure
abstract:vibration sensors play an important role in machinery and equipment monitoring due to their wide range of applications, high accuracy and light weight. however, most of the friction electric nanogenerator (teng) vibration sensors currently in use are based on a mass-spring-damped oscillation system, which can bring about problems such as material wear and fatigue, as well as limitations in the measurement frequency range. in this paper, a self-powered vibration sensor (m-teng) with a simple structure, easy to fabricate, and a size of φ30 mm × 30 mm is designed with a magneticdesign of a small self-supplied vibration sensor with magnetic levitation structure levitation structure as its core component. the sensor is based on a rufeb magnet with permanent magnetism and low material loss, and adopts a friction nanogenerator with a contact-separated independent layer structure for self-powered sensing; it can absorb small vibration energies and convert them into electrical signals, and analyse the output electrical signals to determine the operating conditions of the equipment to be detected. experiments have shown that m-teng can absorb small vibration energy from hand excitation and output relatively stable ac voltage. due to the unique design of magnetic levitation structure, m-teng reduces the alternating load on moving parts, thus reducing material wear and fatigue. m-teng, as a high sensitivity sensor, has potential application value in condition monitoring of mechanical equipment.
