底水油藏水平井分段开采配产方法研究

摘要:水平井采油作为目前底水油藏开发最主要的技术方式之一,如何抑制底水锥进,实现水平井有效控水是油田高效开发亟待解决的问题。本文基于点源/线源思想,利用镜像反映和势叠加原理建立了水平井分段开采产能计算耦合模型,并将水体大小和含水率对油井液量的影响进行了校正。同时利用商业数模软件建立目标区块单井机理模型,完成合理的分段策略并对每一分段的配产进行了优化。通过jx实例井研究结果表明:关闭跟端出水段,保持中间和趾端两段开采,单井初期日配液量为1460 m3/d,且各段配产比为1:1时,可达到最好的开发效果。利用本文方法,为矿场jx井分段开采提供了理论依据,在进行水平井分段开采之后,jx井平均日增油可达47 m3,含水率下降11%,降水增油效果显著。通过对比,本文的预测结果与实际开发效果较为匹配,验证了本文耦合模型及数值模型预测结果的可靠性。

study on production allocation method of horizontal wells in bottom water reservoir
abstract:as one of the most important technologies for the development of bottom water reservoirs, how to suppress bottom water cone and achieve effective water control in horizontal wells is an urgent problem for the efficient development of oil fields. based on the idea of point source and line source, this paper establishes a coupled model for calculating the production capacity of horizontal well segmentation by using the principle of superposition of mirror reflection and potential, and can complete the correction of the effect of water body size and water content on the fluid volume of oil wells. at the same time, commercial numerical modeling software was used to establish a single well mechanism model for the target block, complete a reasonable segmentation strategy and optimize the production allocation for each segment. the results of the study of the jx example well show that the best development results can be achieved when the heel-end emergence section is closed and the middle and toe-end sections are maintained, with an initial daily fluid allocation of 1,460 m3/d in a single well and a production allocation ratio of 1:1 in each section. the method presented in this paper provides a theoretical basis for the segmentation exploitation of jx well in the mining field. after the segmentation exploitation of horizontal well, the average daily oil gain of jx well can reach 47m3, the water cut decreases by 11%, and the oil increase effect of precipitation is remarkable. by comparison, the prediction results of this paper are in good agreement with the actual development results, and the reliability of the prediction results of the coupling model and the numerical model is verified.
