海上超高温高压井取心工具关键性能评价及应用研究

摘要:海上油田部分深井和超深井储层存在超高温、超高压、安全压力窗口窄以及地质条件复杂的情况,钻井取心作业过程中易发生井漏以及卡钻等复杂情况,使用常规的钻井取心工具取心效率低,无法满足取心作业要求。因此,在分析了海上超高温高压井取心技术难点的基础上,设计了一套适合海上超高温高压井的免投球钻井取心工具,并对螺纹连接强度、分水接头和取心钻头水动力学以及悬挂总成摩阻三个关键性能参数进行了评价。结果表明:取心工具在室温和超高温(250 ℃)条件下的螺纹强度均能满足行业标准要求,分水接头及取心钻头结构设计合理,产生的压降较小,悬挂总成的摩擦阻力较小,内筒工作比较稳定。海上超高温高压井钻井取心工具在乐东区块两口超高温高压井取心作业过程中进行了成功应用,wc-9井和ls-2井的井底温度分别为205.2 ℃和212.3 ℃,压力系数分别为2.29和2.31,两口井的取心收获率均达到了100%,岩心成柱性能好,取心钻头未明显磨损,应用效果较好,适合在海上类似超高温高压井进行推广应用。

key performance evaluation and application research of offshore ultra-high temperature and pressure coring tools
abstract:some deep and ultra-deep wells in offshore oil fields have situations of ultra-high temperature, ultra-high pressure, narrow safety pressure window, and complex geological conditions. during drilling and coring operations, complex situations such as well leakage and sticking are prone to occur. the use of conventional drilling and coring tools has low coring efficiency and cannot meet the requirements of coring operations. therefore, based on the analysis of the difficulties in coring technology for offshore ultra-high temperature and pressure wells, a set of ball free drilling coring tools suitable for offshore ultra-high temperature and pressure wells was designed, and three key performance parameters, namely thread connection strength, water diversion joint and coring bit hydrodynamics, and suspension assembly friction, were evaluated. the results show that the thread strength of the coring tool can meet the industry standard requirements under both room temperature and ultra-high temperature(250 ℃) conditions. reasonable structural design of water diversion joints and core drilling bits, resulting in small pressure drop, low friction resistance of the suspension assembly, and relatively stable operation of the inner cylinder. the drilling and coring tools for offshore ultra-high temperature and pressure wells have been successfully applied in the coring operations of two ultra-high temperature and pressure wells in the ledong block. the bottom hole temperatures of wc-9 and ls-2 wells were 205.2 ℃ and 212.3 ℃, and the pressure coefficients were 2.29 and 2.31, the coring recovery rates of both wells have reached 100%, and the core has good column forming performance. the coring bit was not significantly worn, achieved good on-site application results. it is suitable for promotion and application in offshore similar ultra-high temperature and pressure wells.
