近距离煤层群顶空智能化综采工作面选型研究

摘要:近距离顶空工作面回采时具有顶板破碎、矿压显现强烈、巷道变形大及支护困难等特点,这类工作面的智能化设备选型需充分考虑顶空的特点,以达到安全智能高产高效的目的。本文基于五虎山煤矿近距离顶空回采011008工作面特点,结合煤岩层赋存及地质构造等基本条件,研究中厚煤层顶空工作面高产高效智能化综采装备产能、尺寸优化协调配套技术,并对近距离煤层群中厚煤层智能化工作面主要设备进行选型和验算。研究结果能够提高智能化工作面产能,减少工作面现场人员数量,推动智能化矿井建设。

abstract:the characteristics of the headspace should be fully considered in the selection of intelligent equipment of this kind of working face, so as to achieve the purpose of safety, intelligence, high yield and high efficiency. based on the characteristics of the 011008 working face of the near-distance headspace mining in wuhushan coal mine, combined with the basic conditions such as the occurrence of coal and rock formations and geological structure, this paper studies the production capacity and size optimization and coordination technology of high-yield, high-efficiency and intelligent fully mechanized mining equipment in the headspace working face of medium-thick coal seams, and selects and calculates the main equipment of the intelligent working face of medium-thick coal seams in the close-range coal seam group. in order to improve the production capacity of the intelligent working face, reduce the number of on-site personnel at the working face, and promote the construction of intelligent mines.
