长三角城市群区域物流中心选址

摘要：区域物流中心设置是解决"一对多"物流问题运输成本和物流效力的有效手段。物流量和地理位置常作为区域物流中心选址的主要因素。以上海到长三角城市群物流为例，考虑到区域物流中心服务能力和物流成本目标，建立一个多目标区域物流中心选址优化模型。提出一种解决多目标问题的二次得分目标转换方法并设计一种符号编码的多目标遗传算法。实证分析表明，建立的区域物流中心选址模型能有效地提高服务能力，降低物流成本。采用二次得分的优化算法相对较优，较选择单物流中心（上海）、物流量最大和地理位置聚类中心城市作为物流中心的物流成本分别降低6.9%、25.3%、52.7%，服务能力则提高19.2%以上。

abstract：the setting of regional logistics centers is an effective means to solve the "one-to-many" logistics problem, transportation cost and logistics efficiency. quantity and geography are often the main factors in the location of regional logistics centers. taking the logistics from shanghai to the yangtze river delta urban agglomeration as an example, considering the service capacity and logistics cost target of the regional logistics center, a multi-objective regional logistics center location optimization model is established. in this paper, an object conversion method to solve the multi-objective problem was proposed, and a symbolically encoded multi-objective genetic algorithm was designed. the empirical analysis shows that the established regional logistics center location model can effectively improve the service capacity and reduce the logistics cost. the optimization algorithm using the secondary score is relatively better, and the logistics cost is reduced by 6.9%, 25.3% and 52.7% respectively compared with the single logistics center (shanghai), the largest material flow and the geographically clustered central city as the logistics center, and the service capacity is increased by more than 19.2%.
