摘要:本研究旨在开发一种新的评分系统为癌症的早期诊断和治疗提供新的预后标志物和药物靶点,同时以其中的basp1为主要研究对象。利用tcga数据库中的基因表达数据和临床表型数据,在泛癌层面上对basp1进行全面的生物信息学分析。结果显示,basp1在多种癌症中都高表达,并与多种癌症的不良预后相关联,发挥着促进肿瘤进展的作用,但是在少部分癌症尤其是脑低级别胶质瘤中却发挥抑制肿瘤进展的作用。然后通过分析basp1与重要免疫指标的关系以及功能富集分析,表明basp1与大多数癌症的免疫抑制性微环境密切相关,而在脑低级别胶质瘤中却相反。总之,本研究全面分析了basp1在不同癌症中的功能机制,揭示了发挥促癌或抑癌作用的可能原因,为靶向不同癌症的治疗提供了新思路。

abstract:this study develops a novel scoring system aimed at predicting prognostic markers and drug targets for early cancer diagnosis and treatment, with basp1 as the primary focus of investigation. leveraging gene expression data and clinical phenotype information from the tcga database at a pan-cancer scale, an exhaustive bioinformatics analysis of basp1 was conducted. the findings indicate that basp1 exhibits high expression levels in various cancers and is linked to unfavorable prognosis in many instances, contributing to tumor progression. however, it exerts an inhibitory effect on tumor advancement in a limited number of cancers, particularly lgg. subsequent examination of the correlation between basp1 and key immune indicators as well as functional enrichment analysis revealed its close association with the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment across most cancers, except for lower grade glioma (lgg) where this relationship is reversed. in conclusion, this study comprehensively scrutinizes the functional mechanisms of basp1 across all types of cancer, elucidating potential factors influencing either promotion or inhibition of cancer development while offering innovative insights for targeted therapeutic approaches.?????
