abstract:in the era of digital economy, enterprises need to actively explore digital transformation to improve their performance. this article takes manufacturing companies listed on the shanghai and shenzhen a-share markets from 2013 to 2022 as research samples to examine the comprehensive impact of digital maturity, executive digital transformation willingness, and digital intensity on corporate performance. research has found that for chinese manufacturing enterprises, an increase in digital intensity significantly suppresses business performance. however, this negative effect is moderated by the digital maturity of the enterprise and the willingness of executives to undergo digital transformation, which can be effectively alleviated; this discovery remains valid after a series of robustness tests. this study not only provides a new perspective for understanding digital transformation and corporate performance, but also provides some inspiration for improving the top-level planning of "digital china" and achieving the strategic goals of "made in china 2025".

企业数字化转型强度对经营绩效影响研究--以数字化成熟度和高管意愿为调节效应
摘要:在数字经济时代下,企业亟需努力探索数字化转型,以提升企业绩效。本文以2013-2022年沪深a股制造业上市企业为研究样本,考察企业数字化成熟度、高管数字化转型意愿、数字化强度对企业绩效的综合影响。研究发现,对于中国制造业企业,数字化强度提升整体上会抑制企业经营绩效,然而这种负面效应会受到企业数字化成熟度和高管数字化转型意愿的调节,进而得到有效缓解;该发现经过一系列稳健性检验后依然有效。本研究不仅为理解数字化转型与企业绩效提供了新视角,也可为完善"数字中国"顶层规划,实现"中国制造2025"战略目标提供一定启示。
