营商环境优化、数字化转型与企业绿色创新

摘要：企业绿色创新日益受到社会各界的高度关注，营商环境能否作为影响因素推动企业绿色创新值得关注。本文将绿色创新与数字化转型相结合，选取中国资本市场a股上市公司数据以及对应的各省份营商环境指数，实证检验了营商环境优化对企业绿色创新的影响及其渠道机制。研究发现，营商环境优化对企业绿色创新具有显著的正向影响，该结论在经过一系列稳健性检验后依然成立。营商环境优化通过宏观层面的融资约束、城镇化及劳动力水平推动微观层面企业数字化转型，而数字化转型为绿色创新提供了条件，由此本文得出了营商环境通过提升创新能力、信息透明度和环境管理意愿促进企业绿色创新的渠道机制。进一步分析发现，营商环境优化对国有企业、高科技企业、非重污染企业的绿色创新正向影响更明显。

abstract：corporate green innovation has received increasing attention from all walks of life, and it is worth paying attention to whether the business environment can be used as an influencing factor to promote corporate green innovation. combining green innovation and digital transformation, this paper empirically examines the impact of business environment optimization on corporate green innovation and its channel mechanism by selecting the data of a-share listed companies in china\'s capital market and the corresponding business environment index of each province. the results show that the optimization of the business environment has a significant positive impact on the green innovation of enterprises, and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests. the optimization of the business environment promotes the digital transformation of enterprises at the micro level through macro level financing constraints, urbanization, and labor level, and digital transformation provides conditions for green innovation. therefore, this article proposes a channel mechanism for promoting green innovation of enterprises through enhancing innovation capabilities, information transparency, and environmental management willingness in the business environment. further analysis shows that the optimization of the business environment has a more obvious positive impact on the green innovation of state-owned enterprises, high-tech enterprises and non-heavy polluting enterprises.
