石墨炔/四氧化三锰纳米复合材料的制备及其在炎症性肠病中的疗效研究

摘要:作为一种新型二维纳米材料,石墨炔(gdy)因具有良好的生物相容性、光热效应和活性氧自由基(ros)清除能力等特性,在生物医学领域得到广泛研究。目的:研究石墨炔/四氧化三锰(gdy/mn3o4)纳米复合材料对炎症性肠病小鼠的治疗效果。方法:使用水热法制备gdy/mn3o4纳米复合材料;使用葡聚糖硫酸钠诱导构建炎症性肠病小鼠模型;通过细胞和动物实验研究gdy/mn3o4清除ros的能力及对炎症性肠病小鼠的疗效。结果:本研究成功制备了具有优异ros清除能力的gdy/mn3o4纳米复合材料。细胞实验中,gdy/mn3o4能够有效清除胞内ros,降低细胞氧化应激水平。动物实验中,gdy/mn3o4能够显著缓解炎症性肠病小鼠的症状,治疗效果优于临床药物5-氨基水杨酸。结论:本研究结果表明gdy/mn3o4能够有效缓解并治疗炎症性肠病,具有潜在的临床应用前景。

abstract:as a novel two-dimensional nanomaterial, graphdiyne (gdy) have been widely investigated in the biomedical field due to their excellent biocompatibility, photothermal effect, and ability to scavenge reactive oxygen species (ros). objective: to investigate the therapeutic effects of graphdiyne/manganese trioxide (gdy/mn3o4) nanocomposites on mice with inflammatory bowel disease. methods: gdy/mn3o4 nanocomposites was prepared via a hydrothermal method; a mouse model of inflammatory bowel disease was induced using dextran sulfate sodium; the ability of gdy/mn3o4 material to scavenge ros and its therapeutic efficacy on mice with inflammatory bowel disease were studied through cell and animal experiments. results: in this study, gdy/mn3o4 nanocomposites with excellent ros scavenging ability was successfully prepared. in cell experiments, gdy/mn3o4 effectively scavenged intracellular ros and reduced cellular oxidative stress levels. in animal experiments, gdy/mn3o4 significantly alleviated symptoms in inflammatory bowel disease mice, with therapeutic effects superior to the clinical drug 5-aminosalicylic acid. conclusion: the results of this study indicate that gdy/mn3o4 can effectively alleviate and treat inflammatory bowel disease, demonstrating promising potential for clinical applications.
