发动机推力室表面镀层自动检测技术研究

摘要:发动机推力室作为液氧煤油发动机重要组成部分,其内壁表面设计有铣槽结构,电镀后与外壁焊接成型,形成通道,起到冷却喷管和预热燃料的作用。但由于喷管内壁型面复杂,尺寸变化大,电镀后镀层存在厚度不均匀的现象,对产品的焊接质量影响较大。提出了一种可靠、稳定的测量镀层厚度的自动检测装置和方法,结合x射线荧光在线测厚仪对发动机喷管内壁螺旋型铣槽窄筋条不同位置进行镀层厚度测量的系统,该测量系统重复性变差为9.82 %,再现性变差为9.60 %,%r&r<10 %,具有良好的重复性和再现性。同时,实验证明了测量系统能够满足样品偏差测量要求,证明了此测量方法的可行性,实现了对特定工件镀层厚度的无损在线精确测量,并确定了其检测数据的准确性和操作方法。

abstract:as an important part of the liquid oxygen kerosene engine, the inner wall surface of the engine thrust chamber is designed with a milling groove structure. after electroplating, it is welded with the outer wall to form a channel, which plays the role of cooling the nozzle and preheating the fuel. however, due to the complex inner wall surface of the nozzle and the large size change, the thickness of the coating after electroplating is uneven, which has a great influence on the welding quality of the product. a reliable and stable automatic detection device and method for measuring the thickness of the coating is proposed. combined with the x-ray fluorescence online thickness gauge, the coating thickness measurement system is used to measure the coating thickness at different positions of the spiral milling groove narrow ribs on the inner wall of the engine nozzle. the repeatability of the measurement system is 9.82 %, the reproducibility is 9.60 %, %r&r<10 %, and it has good repeatability and reproducibility. at the same time, the experiment proves that the measurement system can meet the requirements of sample deviation measurement, proves the feasibility of this measurement method, realizes the non-destructive online accurate measurement of the coating thickness of specific workpiece, and determines the accuracy and operation method of its detection data.
