摘要:目的:旨在探究beclin1双等位敲除对小鼠肝脏的影响。方法:构建成体全身诱导beclin1双等位基因缺失的beclin1f/f;ubc-cre的小鼠模型,观察脏器体重比以及组织病理学切片,对肝脏相关功能指标进行检测,并通过组学探究beclin 1缺失的影响。结果:beclin1-/-小鼠肝脏细胞损伤、氧化应激增加以及代谢功能紊乱。

the liver damage by inducible deletion of biallelic beclin1 in adult mice
abstract:in this paperwe aim to explore the effects of beclin1 biallelic knockout on mouse liver. methods: beclin1f/f with whole-body induced beclin1 biallelic deletion was constructed. in the mouse model of ubc-cre, organ body weight ratio and histopathological sections were observed, relevant functional indexes of liver were detected, and the influence of beclin1 deletion was explored through omics. results: beclin1-/- mice liver cell damage, increased oxidative stress and metabolic dysfunction.
