外源甜菜碱对干旱胁迫下马铃薯苗期生长的影响

摘要:为了探究不同浓度外源甜菜碱(glycine betaine,gb)对干旱胁迫下马铃薯苗期生长的影响,以\'冀张薯8号\'为试验材料,设置5个处理,分别为ck(正常),ck0(干旱 喷施纯化水)、t1(干旱 喷施20 mmol/l gb)、t2(干旱 喷施40 mmol/l gb)和t3(干旱 喷施60 mmol/l gb),分析喷施不同浓度的外源甜菜碱对干旱胁迫下马铃薯苗期生长指标和生理指标的影响。结果表明,与干旱胁迫的马铃薯相比,施加特定浓度的甜菜碱可显著降低马铃薯茎粗和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,mda),提高株高、脯氨酸(proline,pro)含量、可溶性糖(soluble sugars,ss)含量、抗氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,sod)、过氧化氢酶(catalase,cat)和过氧化物酶(peroxidase,pod)]活性、相对叶绿素(singe photon avalanche diode,spad)含量以及潜在光化学效率(fv/fo)和最大光化学效率(fv/fm)。其中喷施40 mmol/l gb后马铃薯株高、pro、ss、spad值和sod、cat、pod活性均达到最高值;此外本研究又通过叶片染色实验发现过氧化氢和超氧阴离子含量随浓度的增加出现先降低后升高的趋势,喷施40 mmol/l gb时达最低值。综合分析表明,外源施加gb可有效的缓解马铃薯苗期干旱胁迫造成的伤害,喷施40 mmol/l是缓解马铃薯干旱胁迫的最佳甜菜碱浓度。

effect of exogenous gb on the growth of potato seedlings under drought stress#
abstract: in order to investigate the effects of different concentrations of exogenous glycine betaine (gb) on the growth of potato seedlings under drought stress, the experiment was conducted using \'ji zhang shu 8\' as the test material. five treatments were set up, including ck (control), ck0 (drought stress spraying peffect of exogenous glycine betaine on the growth of potato seedlings under drought stressurified water), t1 (drought stress spraying 20 mmol/l gb), t2 (drought stress spraying 40 mmol/l gb), and t3 (drought stress spraying 60 mmol/l gb). the effects of spraying different concentrations of exogenous glycine betaine on growth and physiological indicators of potato seedlings under drought stress were analyzed. the results showed that compared to potato plants under drought stress, the application of specific concentrations of betaine significantly reduced stem thickness and malondialdehyde (mda) content, while increasing plant height, proline (pro) content, soluble sugars (ss) content, and the activities of antioxidant enzymes [superoxide dismutase (sod), catalase (cat), and peroxidase (pod)], as well as relative chlorophyll content (spad), potential photochemical efficiency (fv/fo), and maximum photochemical efficiency (fv/fm). among them, spraying 40 mmol/l gb resulted in the highest values for plant height, pro, ss, spad, sod, cat, and pod activities. additionally, the experiment also revealed through leaf staining that the content of hydrogen peroxide and superoxide anion showed a decreasing trend followed by an increasing trend with increasing concentration, reaching the lowest value when spraying 40 mmol/l gb. overall, the comprehensive analysis indicates that the exogenous application of gb effectively alleviates the damage caused by drought stress on potato seedlings, with the optimal concentration of betaine for alleviating drought stress in potato seedlings being 40 mmol/l.
