摘要：长期以来，癌症严重危害国民健康，给社会带来负担。近年来，crispr/cas基因编辑技术的发展给癌症的治疗带来了希望的曙光。与此同时，基因编辑其本身的技术缺陷和伦理争议也为其发展带来了巨大的挑战。本文将对crispr技术的发展与挑战及其在癌症治疗中的应用进行综述，相信随着crispr编辑技术的进一步改进，它将以更加完善和精准的方式在人类疾病的预防和治疗中发挥更加显著的作用。

abstract：for a long time, cancer has seriously jeopardized national health and brought a burden to society. in recent years, the development of crispr/cas gene editing technology has brought hope to the treatment of cancer. at the same time, the technical defects and ethical disputes of gene editing itself have also brought great challenges to its development. this article will review the development and challenges of crispr technology and its application in cancer treatment. it is believed that with the further improvement of crispr editing technology, it will play a more significant role in the prevention and treatment of human diseases in a more complete and accurate way.
