渣/钢反应及增al对双相钢铸态显微组织和硬度影响研究

摘要:本文针对第一代先进高强钢中780 mpa级别的双相(dp)钢,从材料的组织和性能的角度,分别对金相组织和硬度进行了研究。通过对dp钢进行渣/钢反应及增al实验,讨论其对组织及硬度的影响。通过光镜(om)、扫描电子显微镜(sem)和电子背散射衍射(ebsd)对组织进行观察,利用维氏硬度计进行硬度测试。光镜及电镜结果显示:dp铸态钢组织为马氏体及铁素体,而ebsd检测到增al后含有少部分奥氏体组织;硬度结果则显示增al会导致硬度的降低;而渣/钢反应会导致材料的硬度增加。

abstract:in this paper, the metallographic microstructure and hardness of dual phase steel (dp steel) of 780 mpa grade in the first generation of advanced high-strength steels had been investigated from the view of material properties and microstructure, respectively. in particular, the effect on the microstructure and hardness was discussed by performing slag/steel reaction and al-enhancement experiments on dp steel. the observations of the microstructure were made using optical microscope(om)、scanning electron microscope(sem)、electron back scatter diffraction(ebsd), and the hardness tests were carried out using a vickers hardness tester. the results of om and sem showed that the main microstructures of dp cast steel were martensite and ferrite, while ebsd detected a small portion of austenite after slag/steel reaction and al addition; al addition mainly led to a decrease in hardness; while slag/steel reaction led to an increase in the hardness of the material.
