摘要:长周期光栅是光纤技术领域的重要组件,具有高灵敏度、低成本、工艺成熟和小体积等优点。光栅通常被刻写在光纤的芯部,呈现出周期性调制的折射率,广泛应用于各个领域。光纤光栅传感器在结构健康监测、医疗保健、环境监测、能源和交通领域发挥重要作用。然而,传统制备工艺存在一些局限性,如在高温下光栅结构易擦除,制备参数控制不灵活。飞秒激光直写技术作为高效、精密的加工方法,具有超快脉冲、高功率和高精度的特点,能够实现永久的折射率变化,提高制备效率和灵活性。因此,飞秒激光直写技术在光栅制备领域具有广泛应用前景,为光纤光栅传感器的发展带来新的机遇,丰富了其在复杂环境中的应用,并将在未来迎来更广泛的发展。

abstract:long-period fiber gratings are important components in the field of fiber optics, known for their high sensitivity, low cost, mature fabrication processes, and small size. these gratings are typically inscribed in the core of optical fibers, exhibiting periodic modulation of refractive index, and are widely used in various applications. fiber bragg gratings play a significant role in structural health monitoring, healthcare, environmental monitoring, energy, and transportation sectors. however, traditional fabrication processes have limitations, such as susceptibility to erasure of the grating structure at high temperatures and lack of flexibility in parameter control. femtosecond laser direct writing technology, as an efficient and precise processing method, with its ultrafast pulses, high power, and high precision, can achieve permanent refractive index changes, enhancing fabrication efficiency and flexibility. therefore, femtosecond laser direct writing technology holds significant potential in the field of grating fabrication, offering new opportunities for the development of fiber optic grating sensors, enriching their applications in complex environments, and promising broader prospects for the future.
