肉桂的化学成分研究

摘要:目的:对中药肉桂所含化学成分进行研究。方法:对肉桂60%乙醇提取物分别用二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯进行萃取,萃取部位综合运用硅胶柱色谱、ods柱色谱、高效液相色谱等现代色谱学手段段进行分离纯化,最后用ms、nmr等方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从肉桂中分离鉴定了6个化合物,包括3个倍半萜和3个木脂素,分别为dihydrophaseic acid (1)、2,4-pentadienoic acid (2)、bullatantriol (3)、threo guaiacylglycerol-8-vanillic acid (4)、erythro guaiacylglycerol-8-vanillic acid (5)、1,2-ethanedio (6)。结论:化合物1首次在肉桂中分离得到,化合物2-6均首次在樟科樟属中分离得到。

abstract:purpose: studies on chemical constituents from the bark of cinnamomum cassia. methods: cinnamomum cassia bark was subjected to reflux extraction using a 60% ethanol-water solution. the resulting extract was further partitioned using dichloromethane and ethyl acetate. the extraction part is separated and purified using modern chromatographic methods such as silica gel column chromatography, ods column chromatography, and high performance liquid chromatography to obtain monomer compounds. finally, the isolated compounds were structurally characterized using ms and nmr techniques. results: six compounds were isolated from the bark of cinnamomum cassia, including three sesquiterpenes and three lignans. dihydrophaseic acid (1)、2,4-pentadienoic acid (2)、bullatantriol (3)、threo guaiacylglycerol-8-vanillic acid (4)、erythro guaiacylglycerol-8-vanillic acid (5)、1,2-ethanedio (6). conclusion: compound 1 was isolated from cinnamomum cassia for the first time, and compounds 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 were isolated from cinnamomum for the first time.
