双金属cu9-zn1-mof用于葡萄糖比色检测

摘要:金属有机骨架(mof)在模拟天然酶的结构和功能方面受到了广泛关注。本文通过控制铜盐和锌盐的摩尔比为9:1,利用超声水热法合成甜甜圈双金属cu9-zn1-mof。由于具有较高的比表面积和cu含量,cu9-zn1-mof表现出优异的过氧化物酶样活性。基于过氧化物酶样活性,可与葡萄糖氧化酶级联反应构建葡萄糖的比色检测传感器。该传感器可灵敏地检测葡萄糖,检测下限为7.1μm,具有良好的回收率、重现性和选择性。本研究将促进双金属有机框架的合成,拓宽其在生物医学领域的应用。

abstract:metal-organic frameworks (mof) have attracted extensive concern in simulating the structure and function of natural enzymes. in this work, we constructed thedoughnut bimetallic cu9-zn1-mofby controlling the molar ratio ofcu2 and zn2 to 9:1 through ultrasonic hydrothermal method. due to its high specific surface area and cu content, cu9-zn1-mof exhibits excellent peroxisase-like activity.based on the peroxisase-like activity, the glucose colorimetric detection sensor can be constructed by cascade reaction with glucose oxidase. the glucose could be sensitively detected by this sensor with a lower limit of the detection (7.1 μm) and good recovery, reproducibility and selectivity. this work may promote the synthesis of bimetallic mofs and broaden their applications in the biomedical field.
