应力幅比对q345钢多轴疲劳失效行为的影响

摘要:以q345钢以为研究对象,在相同等效应力下进行不同应力幅比的多轴疲劳寿命试验。对不同应力幅比下的最大正应力、最大切应力的变化以及其平面方向进行理论推导分析;利用光学显微镜对不同试件的表面裂纹萌生与扩展进行观察,采用扫面电镜对试件的疲劳断口进行微观分析,研究q345钢在不同应力幅比下的多轴疲劳失效行为。

abstract:taking q345 steel as the research object, multi-axial fatigue life tests with different stress amplitude ratios were carried out under the same equivalent stress. theoretical derivation and analysis are carried out on the changes of maximum positive stress and maximum shear stress under different stress amplitude ratios, as well as their plane directions; optical microscope is used to observe the surface crack initiation and expansion of different specimens, and swept-surface electron microscope is used to carry out microanalysis on the fatigue fracture of specimens, to study the multiaxial fatigue failure behavior of q345 steel under different stress amplitude ratios.
