基于自由弯曲技术管材过渡段力学建模及成形精度改善方法

摘要:为提高弯曲管材的成形精度。基于自由弯曲技术管材过渡段s2成形过程,首先,将过渡段s2成形时间离散化,对其进行离散微段分割。其次,建立离散化时间下管材过渡段s2离散微段力学模型及成形区整体力学模型,结合微段和整体力学模型,获得管材过渡段s2的力学信息,包括应力、应变、残余应力、残余应变、残余曲率。最后,根据过渡段s2的变形特点,将管材微段的残余曲率与曲率的差值在整个成形时间内的积分作为补偿值,提出基于过渡段s2变形特征的工艺补偿方法,进而提高自由弯曲管材成形精度。

mechanical modeling and forming accuracy improvement method of transition section of pipe based on free bending technology
abstract:in order to improve the forming accuracy of pipes in free bending technology, this paper focuses on the forming process of the transition section s2 of the pipe. firstly, the forming time of the transition section s2 is discretized and divided into discrete micro-segments. secondly, a mechanical model of the transition section s2 under discretized time and a global mechanical model of the forming zone are established. by combining the micro-segment and the global mechanical models, the mechanical information of the transition section s2, including stress, strain, residual stress, residual strain, and residual curvature, is obtained. finally, according to the deformation characteristics of the transition section s2, a compensation method based on the deformation characteristics of the transition section s2 is proposed by using the integral of the residual curvature difference of the pipe micro-segments during the entire forming time as a compensation value. this method can improve the forming accuracy of the free bending pipe.
