粉末套管法制备改性mgb2超导线材及性能研究

摘要:为了实现液氢计量的准确性,液氢液位测量是控制液氢加注流量的主要依据,因此超导芯是液氢液位的精确测量技术的重要保障。采用粉末套管法制备改性mgb2/fe超导线材,研究了制备前驱体粉末的球磨工艺技术,以及在不同热处理温度对线材的超导性能影响,分析了fe包套材料在超导相内部的扩散行为。结果表明,前驱体粉末在真空下球磨6h平均粒径降低至269.13nm,随着球磨时间增加,超导转变宽度先减小后增大。经过800℃热处理得到改性mgb2/fe超导线材,具有明显的超导转变,超导转变宽度为0.8k,扩散层厚度范围在30~60μm。

abstract:in order to achieve the accuracy of liquid hydrogen measurement, liquid hydrogen level measurement is the main basis for controlling liquid hydrogen filling flow, so the superconducting core is an important guarantee for the accurate measurement technology of liquid hydrogen level. the modified mgb2/fe superconducting wire was prepared by powder sleeve method, the ball milling technology for preparing precursor powder and the influence of different heat treatment temperatures on the superconducting properties of the wire were studied, and the diffusion behavior of the fe jacketed material in the superconducting phase was analyzed. the results show that the average particle size of the precursor powder decreases to 269.13nm after 6 h of ball milling under vacuum, and the superconducting transition width decreases first and then increases with the increase of ball milling time. after 800 c heat treatment, the modified mgb2/fe superconducting wire was obtained, which had obvious superconducting transition, the superconducting transition width was 0.8k, and the thickness of the diffusion layer was in the range of 30~60μm.
