大管径膨胀管裸眼封堵技术研究与应用

摘要:膨胀管裸眼封堵技术采用物理方法快速高效封堵恶性漏失等复杂地层,优化和拓展井身结构,对深井复杂井钻井具有重要意义。从膨胀管裸眼封堵技术应用领域、工艺原理、关键技术等方面进行了分析,并对研制的299mm大管径膨胀管进行了室内实验。实验结果表明,299×14mm膨胀管采用286mm膨胀锥,本体膨胀压力10~12mpa,螺纹膨胀压力8~10mpa,螺纹胀后密封性能>30mpa,各项性能较好。针对西南油气田a井311.2mm井眼嘉陵江组恶性漏失问题,应用299mm膨胀管666.12m有效封堵恶性漏失地层,实际应用中膨胀压力8~12mpa,与室内实验数据较为吻合。膨胀管封堵后,将该井三开钻井液密度由1.17g/cm3提至1.85g/cm3,保障了后续地层安全钻进,同时按原设计实现目的层215.9mm钻头钻进。现场试验表明,膨胀管裸眼封堵技术是一种解决复杂难题的高效石油工程技术,建议在复杂井、深井超深井钻井中提前考虑膨胀方案以应对风险地层、优化拓展井身结构,可有效减少复杂处理周期,降低作业成本,实现安全高效钻井。

abstract:expandable open hole clad technology adopts physical methods to quickly and efficiently isolate complex formations such as severe leakage, and optimize the well bore structure, which is of great significance for deep and complex wells. the application field, process principle and key technologies of expandable tubular open hole clad were analyzed and the indoor experiments on 299mm expandable tubular was conducted in this paper. the experimental results indicated that the expansion pressure is 10~12 mpa of the tubular, is 8~10 mpa of the expansion connections and the sealing pressure of the connection is higher than 30mpa when the expansion cone is 286mm for the 299×14mm expandable tubular. in addition, 666.12m 299mm expandable tubular was used to isolate the severe leakage formation in well a in southwest oil and gas field, aiming to solve the leakage problems of jialingjiang formation in the 311.2mm well bore. the expansion pressure was 8~12 mpa in the flied application, which was consistent with the laboratory experimental data after the installation of the expandable tubular, the density of the drilling fluid for the third spud was increased from 1.17g/cm3 to 1.85g/cm3, which ensured the safe drilling of the subsequent formation and realized the drilling of the target formation with 215.9mm bit according to the original design at the same time. the field application showed that the expandable tubular open hole clad can quickly and efficiently solve complex drilling problems. it is suggested that the scheme of expandable tubular could be considered in advance in the drilling experience design of complex wells, deep wells and ultra deep wells to deal with risky formations, optimize and expand the well bore structure, which can effectively reduce the complex treating time and reduce the operation cost.
