超导hgms转炉除尘灰铁元素富集工艺试验研究

摘要:转炉炼钢产生的转炉除尘灰富含铁元素,对其资源化利用意义重大,然转炉除尘灰中含有一定量杂质,需对铁元素进行分离富集,提高后续工艺利用效率。针对转炉除尘灰颗粒细小,普通磁选难以有效捕捉的问题,本文采用超导高梯度磁分离技术对转炉除尘灰中的铁元素进行富集,探讨了磁场强度、矿浆流速、矿浆浓度和分散剂用量四个因素对铁元素富集的影响。试验表明,在磁场强度为1.2t、矿浆流速为500ml/min、矿浆浓度为15g/l和分散剂用量为80mg/l的条件下,铁元素含量由51.92%提升到了62.41%,富集效果明显,为其进一步利用提供有利条件。

abstract:the converter dust generated from converter steelmaking is rich in iron element, which is of great significance for its resource utilization. however, the converter dust contains a certain amount of impurities, which need to be separated and enriched to improve the efficiency of subsequent process utilization. in response to the problem of small particles in converter dust, which are difficult to effectively capture by ordinary magnetic separation, this article uses superconducting high gradient magnetic separation technology to enrich iron elements in converter dust. the effects of four factors, namely magnetic field strength, slurry flow rate, slurry concentration, and dispersant dosage, on iron element enrichment are discussed. the experiment showed that under the conditions of magnetic field intensity of 1.2t, slurry flow rate of 500ml/min, slurry concentration of 15g/l, and dispersant dosage of 80mg/l, the iron content increased from 51.92% to 62.41%, and the enrichment effect was obvious, providing favorable conditions for its further utilization.
