轴承钢表面磷酸锰化学转化膜的制备与表征

摘要:本文主要介绍了用化学转化法在轴承钢gcr15simn表面制备磷酸锰涂层。利用sem、xrd和电化学分析研究了不同温度、溶液ph和磷化时间对磷酸锰涂层微观结构和形态、膜重和耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,提高温度有利于促进膜层的生长。当溶液温度为80℃时,磷化膜重量为23.6g/m2,磷化膜的极化电阻为77074ω cm2,表明其具有良好的耐腐蚀性。溶液的低ph值不利于膜层的形成。当ph=2时,膜的重量最大,并且耐腐蚀性良好。腐蚀电位为-0.515v,腐蚀电流密度为4.293×10-7a/cm2随着磷化温度的升高,磷化膜的生长速度减慢。磷化时间为20分钟时,膜重为23.8g/m2,腐蚀电流密度为7.391×10-8a/cm2,具有良好的耐腐蚀性。

preparation and characterization of manganese phosphate chemical coating on bearing steel
abstract:this article mainly introduces the preparation of manganese phosphate coating on the surface of bearing steel gcr15simn using chemical conversion method. the effects of different temperatures, solution ph, and phosphating time on the microstructure and morphology, film weight, and corrosion resistance of manganese phosphate coatings were studied using sem, xrd, and electrochemical analysis. the results indicate that increasing the temperature is beneficial for promoting the growth of the film layer. when the solution is 80 ℃, the film weight is 23.6g/m2, and the polarization resistance of the phosphating film is 77074 ω cm2, indicating good corrosion resistance. a low ph of the solution is not conducive to the formation of the film layer. when ph=2, the film weight is the largest, and the corrosion resistance is good. the corrosion potential is -0.515v, and the corrosion current density is 4.293 × 10-7a/cm2。 as the phosphating temperature increases, the growth rate of the phosphating film slows down. when the phosphating time is 20 minutes, the film weight is 23.8g/m2, and the corrosion current density is 7.391 × 10-8a/cm2, with good corrosion resistance.
