拟建建筑对地下井筒开挖稳定性影响分析

摘要:以提高矿产资源综合开发利用水平和综合利用率为背景,开展神东煤矿煤矸石综合利用场地建设项目。为研究地面拟建建筑不同基础形式荷载传递对地下井筒开挖稳定性的影响,采用理论计算结合flac3d有限差分数值模拟计算的方法,对地基中产生的附加应力向地基深处不断传递、扩散至井筒开挖深度处的地层稳定性进行研究分析。结果表明:拟建建筑物构筑物的基底压力按500kpa考虑,柱下独立基础建筑和筏板基础建筑在深度33.15m时,附加应力均小于自重应力的10%,因此认为拟建建筑物的影响范围不超过33.15m。结合井筒开挖最大影响范围,认为拟建建筑对井筒的稳定性影响较小。分析结果可为以后神东煤矿地区相关场地建设提供技术分析手段和参考依据。

abstract:under the background of improving the comprehensive development and utilization level of mineral resources, the construction project of comprehensive utilization site of coal gangue in shendong coal mine was carried out. in order to study the influence of the load transfer of different foundation forms of the ground building on the stability of underground shaft excavation, adopts the method of theoretical calculation combined with flac3d finite difference numerical simulation calculation to study and analyze the stratum stability of the additional stress generated in the foundation which is continuously transferred to the deep foundation and diffused to the depth of shaft excavation. the results show that the foundation pressure of the proposed building is 500kpa, and the additional stress of the independent foundation building under the column and the raft foundation building is less than 10% of the dead weight stress when the depth is 33.15 m. therefore, it is considered that the influence range of the proposed building is less than 33.15 m. considering the maximum impact range of shaft excavation, it is considered that the proposed building has little impact on the stability of shaft. the results can provide technical analysis means and reference basis for related site construction in shendong coal mine area in the future.
