超声波激励与机械冲击复合破岩机理研究

摘要:现有硬岩破碎实践证明,单一的破岩方法已不能完全满足矿井高效、节能、绿色生产的要求。将两种或多种破岩方法联合使用,降低岩石的截割难度、提升破岩机械的装机功率,有效提高破岩综合效率是今后岩石破碎研究领域的重要发展方向。为了克服传统的机械冲击破岩钻进强度低、成孔速度慢、机具及材料损耗大的缺点,考虑到超声波穿透能力强、能量集中的优点,探索将两种破岩手段联合应用于岩石破碎当中,运用理论分析、数值模拟等方法,对超声波激励与机械冲击复合作用下岩石的响应特征进行了系统分析。

abstract:the existing hard rock crushing practice has proved that a single rock breaking method can not fully meet the requirements of high efficiency, energy saving and green production. combining two or more rock breaking methods to reduce the difficulty of rock cutting, increase the installed power of rock breaking machinery and effectively improve the comprehensive efficiency of rock breaking is an important development direction in the field of rock breaking research in the future. in order to ovestudy on rock breaking mechanism coupled with ultrasound excitation and mechanical impactrcome the disadvantages of the traditional mechanical impact rock breaking drilling, such as low strength, slow pore formation speed, large machine and material loss, and considering the advantages of strong ultrasonic penetration and concentrated energy, the two rock breaking means are jointly applied in rock breaking by using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation. the response characteristics of rock under the combined action of ultrasonic excitation and mechanical impact are analyzed systematically.
