心理资本与职业决策自我效能维度间的循环效应分析

摘要：已有研究表明大学生职业决策自我效能受心理资本的影响，现作进一步地探究，目的是研究心理资本各维度与职业决策自我效能维度间的相互作用的循环效应；包括成就动机各维度在循环过程中的中介作用，社会支持各维度在此循环过程中的调节作用。采用不同心理量表进行问卷调查，收集1197份有效问卷，构建了心理资本与职业决策自我效能维度间有中介的调节循环效应模型，采用二阶最小二乘（2ls）算法进行模型估计。结果发现，心理资本与职业决策自我效能，心理资本与制定计划、问题解决之间都存在循环效应，追求成功动机和避免失败动机在心理资本和职业决策自我效能（以及制定计划、问题解决）之间起循环的中介作用，个人所获社会总支持在心理资本和职业决策自我效能（以及制定计划、问题解决）之间的调节作用通过追求成功动机和避免失败动机发挥作用。

analysis of cyclic effects between psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy
abstract：existing studies have shown that college students\' career decision-making self-efficacy is influenced by psychological capital. this paper is to further explore the interaction between psychological capital and career decision-making self-efficacy. it includes the mediating effects of the dimensions of achievement motivation and the moderating effects of the dimensions of social support. in this study, 1197 valid questionnaires were collected from different psychological scales, and a moderating cycle effect model was established to estimate the relationship between psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy. the model was estimated by the second-order least squares (2ls) algorithm. the results show that there are cyclic effects between psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy, between psychological capital and making plans and problem solving, and between the motivation to pursue success and the motivation to avoid failure play a cyclic mediating role between psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy (and making plans and problem solving).the moderating effect of total social support on the relationship between psychological capital and career decision making self-efficacy (as well as planning and problem solving) plays a role through the motivation of seeking success and the motivation of avoiding failure.
