城市交通潮汐车道设置条件与动态判别研究

摘要:针对我国城市道路产生早晚高峰单向拥堵的潮汐交通问题,本文对具有潮汐现象的道路设置潮汐车道的影响因素进行分析,以判别在不同条件下潮汐车道设置的必要性及道路达到拥堵状态时对应的交通量。论文在潮汐车道切换时机及切换车道数的方法上有所创新。以设置潮汐车道后次要车流方向的服务水平不低于主要车流方向的服务水平为基础对切换潮汐车道的道路方向分布系数进行计算,并进一步给出切换潮汐车道数的方法。并通过南京市北京西路为实例进行仿真,通过对比设置潮汐车道前、传统方法设置潮汐车道后、临界状态下设置潮汐车道后三种状态下的道路相关数据,论证切换潮汐车道时机的准确性对道路拥堵的缓解作用。

researching on setting conditions and dynamic discriminating of urban traffic tidal lanes
abstract:in view of the tidal traffic problem of one-way traffic jam in morning and evening rush hours on urban roads in china,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of setting up tidal lanes on the roads with tidal phenomenon,in order to determine the necessity of setting up tidal lanes under different conditions and the corresponding traffic volume when the road reaches the congestion state.the paper has some innovations in the method of tidal lane switching timing and number of lanes.the road direction distribution coefficient of the tidal lane-switching is calculated based on the service level of the secondary traffic flow direction after setting the tidal lane is not lower than that of the main traffic flow direction,and the method of the number of tidal lane-switching is given.and through the simulation of beijing west road in nanjing,through comparing the relevant road data in the three states before the setting of tidal lanes, after the setting of tidal lanes in the traditional way, and after the setting of tidal lanes in the critical state,and then demonstrate the accuracy of the timing of switching tidal lanes can alleviate the road congestion.
