使用小口径光学望远镜进行发射星云的窄带测光

摘要:发射星云是星际物质中较为常见的一类,其光谱特征为连续谱上有数条明显的发射线。通过观测这些发射星云,可以研究恒星的形成和演化。为研究发射星云中的化学元素,本文利用小型光学望远镜配合hα、[sii]、[oiii]窄带滤镜,对四个发射星云进行了观测,根据观测结果,估计出了每个波段的星云亮度,有助于为大型望远镜做后续观测时规划曝光时间,从而提高观测效率。同时,还提出了两种展源测光的方法,并依据此方法估计了四个发射星云的氢、硫、氧的元素丰度。

narrow-band photometry of emission nebula using small-caliber optical telescope
abstract:the emission nebula is very common in interstellar matter, and its continuum has several obvious emission lines. by observing emission nebulae, we can study the formation and evolution of stars. in order to study the chemical elements in the emission nebula, four emission nebulae were observed using a small optical telescope with hα, [sii]. and [oiii] narrow-band filters in this work. based on the observations, the nebula flux of each band was estimated. it can help to plan exposure time for follow-up observations of large telescopes, thus can improve observation efficiency. at the same time, two methods of nebula photometry were proposed, and the elemental abundance of hydrogen, sulfur and oxygen in the four emission nebulae was estimated based on this method.
