cavin家族蛋白在糖尿病胰岛素抵抗的研究进展

摘要:2型糖尿病是由多病因引起的以慢性高血糖为特征的、以胰岛素抵抗伴胰岛素分泌不足为主要病理生理机制的代谢性疾病。糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展过程中,表现出葡萄糖代谢、脂肪、蛋白质代谢紊乱、胰岛素抵抗、大血管及微血管进行性病变等病理过程,胰岛素抵抗是重要的病理机制。微囊位于脊椎动物多种细胞表面,介导胰岛素受体从而参与脂肪、葡萄糖转运和胰岛素抵抗相关信号转导。研究cavin家族蛋白对微囊结构数量和功能的调节作用,通过胰岛素受体及受体后信号通路对糖尿病胰岛素抵抗过程起的作用及可能的机制,旨在为研究胰岛素抵抗提供新思路。

research progress on the effects and mechanisms of cavin family on diabetic insulin resistence
abstract:type 2 diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by multiple causes of chronic hyperglycemia, which is characterized mainly by insulin resistance with insulin progressive hyposecretion to mainly by insulin hyposecretion with insulin resistence. during the initiation and development of diabetes and its complications, insulin resistance is an important pathological mechanism in the pathological process of glucose metabolism, lipid, protein metabolism disorder, insulin resistance, large blood vessel and microvascular progressive damage. caveolae is located on many cell surfaces of vertebrates, mediating insulin receptor and participating in signal transduction related to fat, glucose transport and insulin resistance. in order to provide new ideas for the insulin resistance, the role and possible mechanism of cavin family proteins on the regulation for structure, number and function throuhg the role of insulin receptor and post receptor signaling pathway in insulin resistance are studied.
