弧形目标磁场的单边磁体设计

摘要:本文设计出一种半环形单边核磁共振传感器,该传感器磁体结构由四块磁棒和两根铁棒组成。磁体结构的设计思路来源于halbach磁体,对halbach磁体进行解环,通过修改四个磁棒和两根铁棒的空间位置,利用有限元仿真软件对目标区域上的静磁场分布进行计算,设计出一种主磁场为弧形的永磁体磁体结构。磁场目标区域位于磁体上方,磁场分布呈弧形,在z轴上具有恒定梯度。该传感器体积小、造价低,可以用于弧形平面测量,实现无损检测的目的。

abstract:a semi annular nuclear magnetic resonance (nmr) sensor is designed in this paper. the design idea of the structure of the magnet comes from the halbach magnet. the design of the magnet is carried out by the process of the halbach magnet. according to the spatial location adjustment of four bar and two iron bars, designed a kind of permanent magnet structure. the magnetic field is located above the magnet, and the distribution of the magnetic field is arc. the magnetic field has a constant gradient on the z axis. the sensor is small in volume and low in cost. it can be used to measure the arcsurface and achieve the purpose of nondestructive testing.
